Coach pricing
Free forever for up to 30 students — including the live classroom. Three plans, all with the classroom; the paid two unlock it completely and raise how many students you can teach.
First — are you one coach, or an academy?
Chess Nexus is sold two ways. This page covers individual coaches. If several coaches teach under one name, an academy plan pays for all of them on one bill and adds a dashboard over all of them.
Individual coach
For one coach teaching their own students.
- Your own student roster, up to 150 students
- Courses, assignments, attendance, parent reports
- Live classroom — unlimited students (+ you) on the paid plans
- You pay for yourself
Academy or institute
For an organisation with several coaches.
- 5, 10 or unlimited coaches under one academy
- 100 students for every coach, on every plan
- One dashboard over every coach, student and class
- You pay once for everyone — coaches never pay
Plans for individual coaches
Three plans, and every one of them — including Free — includes the built-in live classroom. Free gives you a taste of it; both paid plans unlock it completely and raise how many students you can teach.
⭐ Both paid plans are elite coach plans — unlimited Team Race events and unlimited Monthly Focus challenges, on Pro and Coach alike.
Plans are bought by the month or in a 3-month term. Paying for 3 months up front takes 10% off — Pro ₹3507 / $51 and Coach₹6599 / $89 for the term.

Pricing FAQ
Is Chess Nexus free for chess coaches?
Yes. Coaching is free forever for up to 30 students — no card, no trial clock. That includes assignments, courses, attendance, the class schedule, parent reports and one live class a day.
What's the difference between the three plans?
The classroom is in every plan. Free gives you a taste of it — one class a day, up to 40 minutes, up to 4 students in the room. Pro and Coach both unlock it completely: unlimited classes, unlimited students in the room, and classes up to 120 minutes or with no time limit at all. After that the only difference is how many students you can teach — 30 on Free, 70 on Pro, 150 on Coach — plus the premium coaching tools on Coach.
Do I need a paid plan to teach live?
No. Every coach gets the built-in live classroom, including free coaches — one class a day (up to 40 minutes) with up to 4 students plus you, the coach. Pro and Coach give you unlimited classes a day, unlimited students in the room, and classes up to 120 minutes or with no time limit at all.
How much are the paid plans?
Pro is $19 a month (₹1299 in India) for up to 70 students. Coach is $33 a month (₹2444) for up to 150 students. Both include the full live classroom and the elite-coach perks. Paying for 3 months up front takes 10% off: Pro ₹3507 / $51 and Coach ₹6599 / $89 for the term.
What happens if my paid plan expires?
You're moved back to the free plan's limits rather than losing access. Your students, courses and history stay exactly where they are.
Can I earn credit toward my subscription?
Yes. Refer another coach and, when they take their first paid plan, you earn 25% of it as wallet credit toward your own subscription — in your own currency, with no limit on referrals. See the coach referral program for details.
More than one coach? Look at academy plans
If you run a chess academy, school or institute with several coaches, youdon't buy a plan each. One academy plan covers 5, 10 or unlimitedcoaches from $89/month, giving every one of them 100 students and anunlimited live classroom on a single bill, with one dashboard over every coach and student. The head of the academy still keeps their own students and teacheslike any other coach. See academy pricing or read how academies work.
